The basics. What you're buying, and what you're not.
What is a card break?
We buy a box of football cards, split it into spots, and you buy a spot. Then we rip the whole box live on stream and whatever your spot pulls is yours. The cheapest way into boxes that cost hundreds of quid.
What's the difference between PYT, PYP, Random and filler spots?
PYT is Pick Your Team: your spot is a club, and every card of that club is yours. PYP is Pick Your Player: same thing, but for one player. Random means every spot costs the same and the Dino Derby decides who gets what. Filler spots are the last few numbers in a nearly sold-out break, one flat price, decided by the Dino Derby too.
Is a hit guaranteed?
No. It's a box of sealed packs and nobody knows what's inside, us included. IF your spot pulls, everything except base is yours. If it doesn't, that's the gamble every break carries. We'd rather say it straight.
How do I pick a spot?
On the site, or shout for it live on stream and we'll sort it there and then. Team, player or number, depending on the break.
When does the break actually happen?
When it sells out. Once the last spot goes we schedule the rip and email you the date and time so you can watch it live. Missed it? Catch up on our YouTube channel.

Our answer to "how do I know it's random?"
How are Random and filler breaks decided?
By the Dino Derby. When the break sells out we press one button live on stream and a herd of pixel dinosaurs races for about 40 seconds. Your spot number is a finishing position: whatever crosses the line in your position, that's your team or player.
Can it be rigged?
No, and not even by us. The number that decides each race comes from a public randomness source nobody controls, and it doesn't exist until after the button's pressed. There's no list drawn up beforehand and nothing to weight or nudge. The race is the result.
What's this about lava lamps?
Part of that public randomness comes from Cloudflare filming a wall of lava lamps in their lobby. Your break is partly decided by hot wax in San Francisco. We did not make that up.
How do I know what my spot got?
Watch the race live. It's also written onto your order automatically, so your order notes say exactly what your spot won.

Windows, holds, and how your cards travel.
When do my cards ship?
We ship on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month. Cut-off is the Saturday before at midnight. Bank holiday Monday? Parcels go out the Tuesday instead. From break day you're usually looking at one to three weeks.
Can I combine orders into one parcel?
Yes, automatically. Pay postage once and anything you buy while we're still holding your cards joins the same pile, free. Your sorting email has a Hold My Order button if you want to keep stacking, and holds last up to two months before we ship anyway.
How are my cards packed?
Every card individually sleeved and toploaded, sent tracked and insured as standard. No penny sleeves, no jiffy bags. If you've pulled something spicy, there are Special Delivery and Enhanced Compensation upgrades you can add to your cart.
How do I track my parcel?
You'll get a separate email with your tracking number when it's dispatched. Before that, the photo of your pile in your sorting email is your "it's on the way" moment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Europe is £15 flat, rest of world is £25 flat, both Royal Mail International Tracked. UK is Royal Mail Tracked 48 from £4, free over £50. We can't currently ship to Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria or Cuba.

Paying for spots, and what happens after you've bought one.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna at checkout.
Can I cancel a break spot?
No. Once a spot's bought, it's final. That goes for filler spots too: they can't be cancelled or refunded once purchased.
What's your refund policy?
All sales are final. If something's gone properly wrong, email support@rbreaks.com and we'll talk.
Can I combine Whatnot and website orders?
No. They're separate platforms with separate payment and shipping. Whatnot groups your Whatnot purchases together on its own.

Where the rips happen.
Where do you stream?
Twitch at twitch.tv/rbreaksuk and Whatnot at whatnot.com/user/rbreaks. Follow both so you never miss a rip.
Do I buy on the site or live on stream?
Either. On the site you check out as normal and your cards ship through us. On Whatnot you tap to buy during the stream, and payment and shipping go through Whatnot instead.
How do I know what I won?
Watch the stream, then check the photo in your sorting email. For Random and filler breaks, your result is also written onto your order notes automatically.
When are you live?
Regularly. Follow us on Twitch and Whatnot with notifications on, and join the WhatsApp group, where every break gets announced first.

Got cards in a box doing nothing? Read on.
Do you buy cards?
Yes. Singles, collections, sealed, graded, women's football especially. Football, basketball, baseball, Pokémon and most things with value. Fill in the form and we'll come back with an offer.
How do you price them?
Off recent sold prices on eBay, CardMarket and the like. Competitive comps, no lowballing.
How and when do I get paid?
Bank transfer or PayPal, your choice, within 48 hours of us receiving and checking the cards.
Can I sell to you at a card show?
Yes. Bring them to the stand and we'll give you a comp there and then.

Where the base cards go.
What happens to the base cards?
IF your spot pulls, you get everything from it except base cards. Base cards from every spot are donated to our charity partner, Goals4Girls, who get more girls into football. So even a quiet spot does some good.
Does that apply to every break?
Every break, every spot. PYT, PYP, Random or filler, the base cards go to Goals4Girls.
Who are Goals4Girls?
A charity getting more girls into football. You can read about them and chip in at justgiving.com/goals4girls.

Which card shows do you vend at?
The London Card Show, the Midlands Card Show, the Sports Card Social, the Liverpool Card Show and more. Upcoming dates live on the Card Shows page, and the WhatsApp group hears first.
What do you bring to the London Card Show?
Women's football cards only. We're in the dedicated women's football section, so that's what's in the cases. At other shows we bring a mix of men's and women's.
Is there a WhatsApp group?
Yes, and it's where everything gets announced first: breaks, show dates, stand numbers. Join the RBreaks WhatsApp group. There's no such thing as a silly question.
Do you run fantasy leagues?
Three of them, free to enter: WSL Fantasy, FPL and UCL Fantasy for the 2026/27 season, with a signed Lionesses jersey and website credit up for grabs, and a UWCL league to follow. Details and join links on the Fantasy Leagues page.
How do I join the RBreaks UCL Fantasy league?
Create your team on UEFA's official UCL Fantasy game, then use our league join link. The top three win RBreaks website credit: £100, £50 and £25. One team per player, per league. Full rules on the Fantasy Leagues page.
Is there a UWCL fantasy league?
Coming as soon as UEFA opens league creation for the women's game, and prizes will be announced at launch. Join the RBreaks Fantasy WhatsApp group to hear first.
