The break goes live
We stream it on Twitch and you can watch your cards get pulled in real time. Beats refreshing a tracking page.
We sort & photograph your pile
If your spot pulls, everything's yours except base — base cards go to our charity partner Goals4Girls, helping more girls into football. Every card gets sleeved and top-loaded. No penny sleeves in a jiffy bag here. Your cards deserve better than that. Then we email you a photo of your pile — so you see exactly what's coming before it ships.
You choose (or don't)
That email has two buttons: Ship Now, or Hold My Order to combine with future breaks. No reply? No problem — your cards ship in the next window. Silence means ship, and the email always tells you the exact dates.
Your cards ship out
Tracked and insured. You'll get a separate email with your tracking number so you can do the obsessive refresh thing. We get it. Bank holiday Monday? Parcels go out the Tuesday instead — same Saturday cut-off, your cards just get a lie-in.

Holding your order
Hold and your whole pile holds — including anything you win after. We ship everything together; we don't split piles. Release any time from any of our emails. Holds last up to 2 months, then we ship automatically — we want your cards in your hands, not in our storage unit.

I bought into a break 3 days ago — why aren't my cards here yet?
No panic — your cards are coming, but buying a spot isn't next-day delivery. Three things happen first: the break itself goes live (check the date on your break's page — it may not have ripped yet!), then we sort every pile and email you a photo of yours, then your parcel goes out in the next shipping window — the 1st or 3rd Monday of the month. The photo email is your 'it's on the way' moment. From break day, you're typically looking at one to three weeks depending on where the windows fall.
When will my order ship?
We ship on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month. The cut-off for each window is the Saturday before at midnight. Anything placed after the cut-off rolls into the next window. You'll get a tracking email when your parcel is dispatched. If a shipping Monday is a bank holiday, parcels go out on the Tuesday instead — the Saturday cut-off doesn't change.
Can I combine orders?
Yep — automatically. Pay postage once, and everything you buy while we're still holding your cards joins the same pile, free. Keep buying spots, we'll keep stacking.
Can I get my cards shipped early?
Absolutely — there's a Ship Now button right in your sorting email. Hit it and your parcel's out within 2 days. We're not monsters.
What if I don't reply to the sorting email?
Your cards ship in the next window. Silence means ship — you never need to do anything to get your cards.
Do I get the base cards?
If your spot pulls, you get everything except base. Hits, inserts, numbered, autos — all yours. Base cards are donated to our charity partner Goals4Girls, putting them to work getting more girls into football.
How is my order protected?
Every card is individually sleeved and top-loaded. No penny sleeves, no jiffy bags, no prayers. Your parcel is sent tracked and insured as standard. For high-value hits, we offer Special Delivery upgrades (UK) and Enhanced Compensation (international) — just add the upgrade product to your cart.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. Europe is £15 flat, rest of world is £25 flat — both via Royal Mail International Tracked. We currently can't ship to Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or Cuba. If your country isn't available at checkout, drop us a message and we'll see what we can do.
